Tucked away in the quiet countryside of Chester County, The Laurel was created to be more than just a venue, it’s a place where memories are made and moments are cherished for a lifetime.
With approximately 4,000 square feet of climate-controlled indoor space, The Laurel comfortably hosts up to 240 guests, offering the ideal setting for weddings, receptions, and special events in any season. From the picturesque outdoor ceremony site to the cozy covered porch and patio strung with café lights, every corner of our venue has been designed with intention, beauty, and functionality in mind.
Inside, couples will find separate bride and groom suites, a fully stocked kitchen for your catering team, and a built-in sound system and projector to keep the party going.

We’re proud to offer our couples exclusive access to discounted rentals through our sister company, 731 Event Rentals, including flower walls and arches, décor, glassware, candlesticks, and more - making it easier to elevate your event while staying on budget.

Hi! We’re Jordan and Karen Beachy, and we’re so thrilled to be the new owners of The Laurel. We’ve been married for eight years and are raising four amazing kids—three boys and one baby girl.
Owning a wedding venue has been a dream of ours for years. Back in 2022, we started pursuing it, but the timing just didn’t feel right. It seemed out of reach, so we put it on the back burner. But God, in His perfect timing, made a way. When it felt like our plans were falling apart, He was faithfully working behind the scenes. Just as He always does.
In addition to The Laurel, we also own 731 Event Rentals, an event rental company offering curated decor and specialty pieces for weddings and events. We're passionate about helping people create beautiful, meaningful moments—and now we’re honored to do that through both of our businesses.
We’re so excited for this new chapter and grateful for the opportunity to serve couples, families, and our community. We can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
