The Weekday Rental

Perfect for couples who want all the charm of The Laurel at a reduced rate. Available for 1 day Monday through Thursday.

The 1  Day Rental

Available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our 1 day package includes full access to The Laurel for the day of your event.

The 2  Day Rental

Take your time and savor every moment with our 2-day rental option, available Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. 

What's  included?

No matter which rental option you choose, every booking at The Laurel includes a full suite of amenities to make your day seamless and stress-free:

  • Venue access from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (*flexible start time)

  • 18 round tables and 300 chairs (setup and teardown by our staff)

  • 10 Farmhouse tables for specialty seating or displays

  • 10 pub tables

  • 3 rectangle tables (8')

  • White linens for all tables - freshly steamed and ready for use

  • Indoor & outdoor sound system

  • Use of projector and projector screen

  • Use of our large kitchen and ice machine

  • 1 Mobile bar for flexible beverage service

  • 5 beautiful arbors for ceremony decor (including a flower arch!)

  • Outdoor games and fire pits for guest entertainment

  • Access to both bridal and groom suites for getting ready​
